Refund Request Time: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed (returns are accepted regardless of whether the item is opened or not).
Item Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, and unaltered. Please ensure the returned item includes its original packaging, tags, and all accessories.
Return Process:
a. Please contact us via our customer service email address and provide your order number and reason for the refund.
b. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return address and relevant instructions.
c. Please be sure to use a trackable mailing method to return the item. Postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing: After receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, we will process the refund within 10-14 business days. The refund will be returned to the account you used to make the payment.
Special Circumstances:
If the product is defective or the wrong item was sent, please contact our customer service immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and offer you an exchange or refund.
For returns due to personal preference (e.g., color, style, etc.), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
